Skills and experience
Mr. Shi has worked in the Ulaanbaatar branch of Xinhua News Agency for 37 years, and held the title as chairman before his retirement in 2013. He is proficient in Mongolia and has close connections with press offices of various Mongolian government departments and the press community.
Mr. Erasmus, Johannes Francois

Mr. Erasmus is appointed as Group Chief Engineer of the Group and is responsible for providing professional advice for the matters relating to on the Company’s mining operations in Mongolia and providing technical and professional support for approving, reviewing or preparing analysis reports and specification for the Company’s business.
Skills and experience
Mr. Erasmus holds a Master degree of Science in engineering from the University of South Africa. Mr. Erasmus has over 30 years’experience in the field of mining industry and involved of many projects evaluation in China, Mongolia and overseas. Before joining the Company, Mr. Erasmus is a director and principal consultant of GeoFokus Consulting Limited which a company is principally engaged in exploration, as well as financial institutions, primarily throughout South East Asia and Africa.
Mr. Chen Zhong Quan
Chief Engineer

Mr. Chen is appointed as the Chief Engineer of the Group and he is responsible for the overall operation and development of mines in Mongolia.
Skills and experience
Mr. Chen graduated at Zhejiang Gongshang University who has over 30 years of experience in surveying and currently has been recognized as one of the resources and reserve audit expert by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Land Resources. Mr. Chen has handled and led quite a few provincial spotlight mineral ore projects in China. In the past, he had alsoserved as an engineer and project manager of researching and exploring of mines in Chinafor many years.
Mr. Wang Zhang Chun
Consulting Engineer

Mr. Wang Zhang Chun is employed as a Consulting Engineer.
Skills and experience
Mr. Wang is a member of The Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has over 30 years of experience in the field of mine exploration in China. Before joining the Company, Mr. Wang is a General Manager of Sun International Resources Limited in which is a company listed in the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Mr. Ng Lok Ki, Rocky
Group Accounting Manager

Mr. Ng is appointed as the Accounting Manager of the Group and he is responsible for the accounting department in both Hong Kong and Mongolia office.
Skills and experience
Mr. Ng holds a bachelor of Business Administration honor degree in Professional Accounting from The Open University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining the Company, Mr. Ng has worked in a sizeable CPA firm for several years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, financial management, taxation and auditing and internal control in relation to the business both Hong Kong and China.
